Høst Creative is a global business design consulting group that collaborates with its public and private Industry clients to find new answers to some of the world's most pressing systemic challenges.

We envision more implementable, efficient and fresher solutions for a sustainable future, and we offer our integrated capability lines in digital innovation, strategic advisory and creative, as well as our data management products —Starling and Cygnus by Høst Creative— to bring them to life.

Through our international development knowledge, curious spirit and critical thinking skills, we guide changemakers into understanding both the bigger picture and nuance, embracing design thinking processes and leveraging the power of brand to make better decisions and deliver real impact.

Who are the people behind it?

We are thinkers with diverse backgrounds, expertises and skills. Our multidisciplinary team is made up of project managers, strategists, data analysts, designers, communicators, creatives, technical advisors to multilateral development organizations and more.  

We are majority women from and based all over the world that speak different languages and work across our locations, constantly collaborating with each other and our clients. Our differences allow us to come up with fresh ideas. Our shared beliefs influence our work, and the impact we strive to make.
